We are looking for a Litigation Content Curation Analyst to join our Litigation Content Curation team in Kolkata Location. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Litigation Content Curation US Patent team. The team consists of ten people and is reporting to the Manager - Litigation Curation. We have a great skill set in Patent litigation analysis and we would love to speak with you if you have legal knowledge and great analytical skill.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Law degree (required)
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property Law (preferred)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (required)
- Proficient in English (required)
- Well versed to perform searches on the web
- Detail-oriented
- Master Reading Skills in a particular legal text
- Self-motivated, with the ability to learn and work in a meticulous and organized manner

It would be great if you also have
- 0-1 Year of experience
- Knowledge in patent litigation
- Great analytical skill
- Knowledge in litigation and a general overview of different IPR
- Good communication and writing skills

What will you be doing in this role?
- Extracting legal information from IP case law and encoding the information in the database.
- Providing Feedback about any error in the system.
- Quality Checks
- Monitoring the regular collection of decisions
- Analysis of decisions relating to Patents
- Maintaining the quality of analysis by attending meetings with the supervisors and following updates

Hours of Work

8 hours per day (Full-time)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Location: Preferred Kolkata. As most of the team is in Kolkata, but the job can be done anywhere in India in a work from home basis
