We're seeking a qualified Tele associate to handle calls. Tele Associate will utilize their skills to generate revenue to the organization and able to develop their work experience, build a confidence within.

Day Shift : 6 Working days (Monday to Saturday)

Type: Outbound

Process : Collection and Debt Recovery

Age : 20 to 32 years

Education : 12th Pass/Under Graduate/ Graduate

Domestic languages : Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, English

Also : *Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam linguistic preferred.*

DRA certified will be an added advantage.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiate suitable payment plans.
- Maintain customer payment records.
- Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
- Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing. Willing to complete daily or monthly targets
