This job involves the following responsibilities: - Delineate and implement Recruiting and pipeline generation strategies. - Full life cycle recruitment. What you should bring to us: - 0- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience / knowledge in the IT industry with a focus on corporate positions, such as IT / Infra ,Human Resources etc. - Ability to build strong internal and external relationships. - Knowledge of the India job market. - Knowledge of various sourcing channels available in India - A strong desire to recruit for all levels of positions, from professional level to directors, and be passionate about doing it
