**Responsibilities**:
Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies required for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of materials and supplies.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels using procurement software or systems.
Monitor and track delivery schedules and resolve any issues or delays in the procurement process.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and industry standards in all purchasing activities.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
