We are seeking an experienced and skilled **Freelance Trainer** for a 3-month project to conduct training sessions at various colleges across Tamil Nadu. The trainer will be responsible for teaching **Soil Mechanism**, **Water Distribution Modelling**, and **Building Information Modelling (BIM)** to college students, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and practical understanding.

The trainer will be required to travel to different districts and colleges across the listed locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on Soil Mechanism, Water Distribution Modelling, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to college students.
- Provide hands-on learning experiences, practical examples, and case studies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure that all training materials are up to date and relevant.
- Travel to assigned colleges in different districts as per the project schedule.
- Maintain professional communication with project managers and college staff.
- Afternoon lunch will be provided during travel.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience and expertise in **Soil Mechanism**, **Water Distribution Modelling**, and **Building Information Modelling (BIM)**.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in teaching or training college students is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to multiple districts across Tamil Nadu.
- A professional and proactive attitude.

**Project Duration & Travel**:

- The project is set for **3 months**.
- Travel will be required to multiple locations (as listed above).
- Lunch will be provided during travel.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,484.28 per month
