**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- **Sales & Product Knowledge**:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Store Operations**:

- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- **Teamwork & Collaboration**:

- Support team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [specific weight].

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
