**Job Title**: Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory and taxes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Although not required, having it is an asset.
- Professional accounting certification is an asset.
- Proven experience as an Accounting or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
