Conceptualize and create ad creatives, including static images and video ads.
- Develop landing pages, website artwork, and project communication taglines.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor marketing campaigns; conduct ad account audits and optimize performance.
- Leverage hyperlocal data to strategize campaigns for local markets.
- Set up and manage marketing assets across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Implement and test creative changes mid-campaign to improve engagement and conversions.
- Optimize landing pages and evaluate lead feedback for actionable insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Manage social media accounts and create content to drive traffic and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies.

**Required Skillsets**:

- Strong understanding of graphic and video creation processes.
- Knowledge of marketing content requirements for digital platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration within the team and with clients.
- Flexibility to be available via phone/WhatsApp during non-office hours.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar marketing or branding role preferred.
- Proficient in social media marketing (SMM) and digital advertising.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
