**Location - Ankurhati Industrial Park, NH-6, Domjur, Howrah, West Bengal**

**Salary - 15K -20K**
**Job Description -**
Prepare and issue invoices for transport services in compliance with company policies.
Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients, reflecting services rendered.
Handle customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional manner.
Maintain proper documentation and records of billing transactions.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure that billing data is up-to-date.
Generate and review reports related to billing and accounts.
Ensure compliance with company’s accounting procedures and guidelines.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in billing, finance, or a similar role, preferably in the transport industry.
Knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
