**Your mission as our program coordinator**

At XBSL we believe that a truly effective learning experience has to be personalized. We’re not one of those “ed-tech” companies that sell a course and let learners figure it all out themselves. Your mission as the program coordinator is to run our learning experience, sustain program completion rates and remain connected with the learners to continuously take feedback for improvement.

Your key responsibilities are to:

- On-board learners and divide them into manageable batches
- Support the Learning Experience team in planning and coordinating the program.
- Coordinate with with external speakers and trainers
- Collect feedback from learners and partner with the curriculum team to enhance the learning experience.
- Systemize and manage submissions of assessments, assignment and other such activities part of course
- Provide doubt resolution support to learners.
- Track progress for each batch and Collate weekly progress reports to be shared with college partners
