**Objectives**:

- The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for daily tracking of orders, resolution of discrepancies in demand & supply coordination, thus assuring a timely and profitable invoicing of existing sales orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use set reporting tools to validate accuracy of confirmed sales orders and immediately address discrepancies as needed.
- Weekly monitoring of unconfirmed orders and availability of goods to meet the orders.
- Communicate any discrepancies to the respective sales person and spearhead resolution.
- Daily communication and coordination with Production Teams and Allocators on the needed changes to mitigate the disconnect of demand and supply.
- Working with sales team and accounts to assure timely confirmation of orders.
- Process changes of unconfirmed orders.
- Daily monitoring/researching and resolution of unshippable orders.
- Direct contact with customer base to obtain needed changes / extensions of orders to aid in timely shipping of sales orders.
- Regular update order, packing, despatch report in Excel

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- 1-2 years prior sales/customer service related experience required.
- Self-motivated, organized, time sensitive and detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to immediate or unforeseen challenges and able to persist while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Superior proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & Word.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and stay focused in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
