**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Specialist (Experienced)

**Location**: Lucknow

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: 6months to 2Years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
- Manage SEO efforts (on-page and off-page), ensuring higher organic visibility and keyword ranking.
- Create and manage content calendars, blog posts, and landing pages optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers to align marketing efforts with branding goals.
- Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to increase brand presence.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms.
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Solid understanding of content marketing, keyword strategy, and user behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website CMS like WordPress.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
