**Job Summary**:
As Health Care professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Working closely with the marketing team, you will implement strategic marketing initiatives, drive product awareness, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote Software products to hospital.
- Conduct product presentations, educational seminars, and in-service training sessions to communicate product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers within target healthcare institutions.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales aids.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging, branding, and positioning strategies for products.
- Coordinate participation in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all marketing and promotional activities.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines governing interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the team to support sales efforts and achieve sales targets
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and product launches to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
