Our multidisciplinary team is growing fast, and we’re now looking to strengthen our brand and digital presence. We are owned by The Matrix Group, founded in the UK and now based in the UAE. We build SaaS products for the automotive and Aviation Industry.

We’re hiring two **SEO & Digital Marketing Executives**who can lead our digital visibility strategy from the ground up. If you’re data-driven, creative, and ready to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

**What You**’**ll Do**

**SEO Strategy & Execution**:Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

**Keyword Research & On-Page Optimisation**:Conduct keyword analysis and optimize meta tags, page content, URL structures, and internal linking.

**Off-Page SEO & Backlink Strategy**:Drive link-building campaigns, guest posting, and digital outreach to boost domain authority.

**Technical SEO**:Run audits, resolve crawl issues, improve page load speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness and indexing health.

**Content Marketing Collaboration**:Work with writers and designers to create high-quality, SEO-friendly, engaging content.

**Social Media Campaigns**:Build and manage engaging campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other platforms.

**PPC & Paid Ads**:Execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to drive conversions.

**Analytics & Reporting**:Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools to track performance and share actionable insights.

**A/B Testing & CRO**:Optimise landing pages and creatives through structured A/B testing and conversion rate improvements.

**Competitor Benchmarking**:Monitor trends and strategies in the digital marketing landscape to stay one step ahead.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

**Stay Ahead of the Curve**:Stay updated on SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and digital best practices.

**Manage Multiple Campaigns**:Handle overlapping initiatives and ensure deadlines are consistently met with high quality.

**What We**’**re Looking For**

2-5 years of hands-on experience in **SEO and digital marketing**, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.

Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in organic traffic and lead generation.

Understanding of **HTML/CSS basics**, technical SEO, and structured data is a plus.

Excellent communication, project ownership, and multitasking skills.

A creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
