**Job Type**: Full-time, 5 days working

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Performance Marketing**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver against performance goals.
- Prepare reports and share insights with the team.
- **SEO Support**:

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives (meta tags, backlinks, technical checks).
- Work with the content team to optimize blogs, landing pages, and website copy for SEO.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights for improvements.
- **Learning & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Experiment with new ideas under the guidance of senior team members.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **digital marketing / SEO / paid ads** (freshers with internships are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication skills; ability to coordinate with internal teams.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing & SEO.
