**Job Summary**

The RCC Drain Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in the construction of reinforced cement concrete drainage systems. The foreman ensures work is carried out according to specifications, schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Supervision**: Oversee daily operations for the construction of RCC drains, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing.
- **Workforce Management**: Lead a team of skilled and unskilled laborers; assign tasks and ensure optimal productivity.
- **Technical Oversight**: Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor work to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and construction codes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce proper safety procedures and ensure all workers wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain workflow and avoid delays.
- **Material Handling**: Check the availability of materials, manage inventory, and request procurement of construction materials and tools as needed.
- **Progress Reporting**: Maintain logs, daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum high school diploma or ITI certificate in civil/construction field.
- 5+ years of experience in concrete work, with at least 2 years in drainage or RCC structures.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Sound knowledge of RCC practices, formwork, reinforcement detailing, and concrete mixing/curing.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team efficiently.
- Understanding of site safety protocols and environmental considerations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
