**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
