**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards and company websites.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract talent.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
- A positive attitude and team player mentality.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
