We are hiring a **Product Trainer & Educator** with **strong skincare knowledge to lead trainings, build salon partner relationships, and support brand advocacy**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **product demos** and **hands-on training sessions**:

- **Lead education programs** for **new and existing salon partners**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals
- Represent the brand in **client meetings and build lasting relationships**:

- Inspire and empower partner teams through continuous learning

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of skincare (**CIDESCO preferred**)
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of experience or knowledgeable freshers welcome
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable
