**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and payroll management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, including facility management.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, G-Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
