**Desired qualifications**:

- Should be less than 40 years of age
- Should knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Applicants must have previous experience of at least 1+ years’ experiencein the area of counselling, academics, student education management service
- Should be fluent in English and Telugu.
- MS-Word and Excel skills and general computer operation is needed.

**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
- Provide telephonic counselling and handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Support the school in converting inquiries into new student admissions.
- Assist in student admission process, explain the school policies, features of the school and pedagogy and enrolment process to the Parents
- End to end management and conversion of student leads received
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM software.
- Adhere to outreach and sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Miscellaneous Administration responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
