Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor will act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing accurate information regarding the school's curriculum, values, and facilities. The role involves effectively managing admission enquiries, guiding parents through the admission process, and contributing to the school's overall enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective parents and students with warmth and professionalism.

  • Provide detailed information on the ICSE curriculum, school programs, facilities, and admission process.

  • Manage and respond to admission enquiries received through calls, emails, messages, and walk-ins.

  • Coordinate campus tours, assessments, and interaction sessions with academic heads.

  • Maintain systematic records of enquiries and follow-up to ensure conversions.

  • Guide parents through application, documentation, and fee payment procedures.

  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate smooth admissions.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admission status and lead conversions.

  • Support admission drives, promotional campaigns, open house events, and outreach programs.

  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain a high standard of service in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or front-office roles (preferably in a school environment).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Telugu.

  • Good understanding of ICSE curriculum and school functioning.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP admission tracking tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.

Additional Information

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (As per school timings)

  • Reporting To: Principal / Admission In-Charge

  • Location: Sujatha School, Moinabad
