Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to generate quality leads from schools and offices in Pune. In this remote role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from our office and school supplies. You are not required to sell the products directly; instead, your efforts will drive our sales pipeline and connect interested buyers with our offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify prospective schools and offices in Pune.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Follow up with prospects to facilitate introductions to our product offerings.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on lead status to the management team.
- Occasionally travel for in-person meetings (petrol allowance provided for select visits).
**Compensation**:
- Earn a flat 20% commission on the total bill for every successful purchase generated from your leads.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; English is optional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
