**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for production planning and scheduling for the plant
- Ensuring optimal utilization of labour, material and equipment and customer satisfaction.
- Convert monthly plan to daily plan.
- Computing required amounts of labour /material & ensures effective material management at the plant.
- Managing and ensuring smooth transaction from development to production.
- Formulation of Annual and Monthly Production Plans.
- Oversee the accurate projection of raw material requirement.
- Ensures the smooth flow of raw material to avoid any production loss due to non-availability of raw material.
- Ensure the timely release of schedule for processing at the various lines and production units.
- Ensure timely release of schedule for suppliers.
- Ensures mínimal scheduling error and supports the production team by strengthening the production planning process
- Leads the team for daily meeting on production planning to review and update plans.
- Analyses plant performance against targets on a periodic basis and undertake measures to ensure maximum plant utilization and productivity.
- Ensures regular generation and analysis of reports - Production Dispatch, Inventory etc
- Coordinates with all related departments to obtain required inputs and other information for production planning and control at the plant.
- Inventory control for Received Material & Work in Progress.
- Assigning fabric cutting task to team member for sampling (Direct customer), Order despatch, Shad card preparation as well as updating same details in decent software for stock maintenance.
- Updating Fabric folding details in system department wise for Valueadition only
- Preparing and maintaining IN/OUT challan department wise for every valuaditon process either inhouse or out source.
- Responsible for providing fabrics at the Bhatar house for shad card, folder and Filler’s creation
- Finish stock transfer when required in Decent software
- Bilty and Tax invoice updating in decent Software
- Sorting of Fabrics for further process as per the customer demand in orders
- Sorting Fabrics for further process either In-house or Out Source.
- Work Sampling (Table + Embroidery + Digital)
- Responsible for issuing challan of fabric which are under for process for valueadition and maintaining all those challans properly either fabric processing in house or outside of the plant.
- Responsible for updating Sales Order sheet for dyed as well as Valueadtion process with 100% of accuracy.
- Providing 100% actual status of required stock to CRM Executives to Resolve CRM Query.
- Issuing Fabrics as per the order for further process to production master or other department head and take update from them on time.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
