**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience as a PPC Executive or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising strategies.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling ad copy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Skills Required**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, manage, and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- **Keyword Research & Optimization**: Conduct in-depth keyword research and create effective keyword strategies. Regularly optimize campaigns to improve performance.
- **Ad Creation**: Write compelling ad copy, design engaging creatives, and A/B test ad variations to enhance CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor daily and monthly budgets, adjust bids, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance metrics, provide weekly and monthly reports, and offer insights for ongoing improvements.
- **Landing Page Optimization**: Collaborate with web developers to ensure PPC landing pages are optimized for conversions and user experience.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Keep abreast of competitors' activities, trends, and strategies to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are using the latest techniques.
