Primary Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive information about our products with accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain and update self-help documents for customers to speedup resolution time
- Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and providing proactive support in tracking shipments.
- Ensuring the accuracy and currency of customer accounts by consistently updating and maintaining their information.
- Utilising online channels to collect valuable data for both new and potential customers.
- Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Undertaking additional responsibilities related to data handling and operations as assigned.
Soft Skills
- General knowledge of computers and business operations
- Proven ability to communicate articulately and credibly
- Solid keyboard skills and experience using helpdesk, ordering or CRM software
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Prioritisation of tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Collaboration with team members and other departments for issue resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and business communications skills - verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and patient, especially when dealing with irate or upset customers.
- Demonstrated self-motivation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
