**Overview**:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy to address customer needs and promote a positive experience with our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures to escalate complex issues or unresolved complaints to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about product features, pricing, availability, and policies to customers.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and gather feedback on their experience with our company.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to address customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Communicate customer feedback and trends to relevant teams to drive product improvements and service enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- **Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related role preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to think quickly and creatively to resolve issues.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- **Attributes**:
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations or difficult customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and resolutions.

**Salary**: ₹9,786.90 - ₹20,906.72 per month
