Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- **Event Support**:
- Handle customer inquiries related to event registrations, ticketing, and logistics.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event attendees and partners.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Proactively anticipate and address potential customer concerns.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Update and maintain customer records and event databases.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Assist with marketing and sales activities for upcoming events.
- **Travel Assistance**:
- Occasionally accompany Business Development Managers on business trips to provide administrative and logístical support for event partnerships and sponsorships.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Assist with client meetings and presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the events industry.
- Knowledge of event planning and management.
- Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable).
