**Experience** - 1 to 2 Yrs in UI/UX

**Working Days** - Monday to Friday

**Salary** - As per experience

**Location** - Mahape, Navi Mumbai

**Job brief**:

**Responsibilities**(**Design, Conceptualisation & Communication.)**

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.

2. Conceptualize and develop product design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

3. Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability.

4. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing. 5. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design. 7. Communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale effectively with team members and stakeholders. 8. Present design solutions and prototypes to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and suggestions.

9. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align on design goals.

10. Act as a liaison between design, development, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

**Technical Proficiency**

1. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
2. Knowledge of user interface design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
3. Ability to prototype interactions.
4. Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing techniques.
5. Experience working with agile development methodologies and collaborating with development teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
