**About the profile**:We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to contribute to our user experience strategy and design for our digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet our customers' needs and drive business objectives.

**Join us if you like to**:Be a part of the UI/UX Design strategy for Ventura's digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, and research to design and launch new features.
Understand product specifications, consider user psychology and design an experience accordingly.
Create prototypes to demonstrate the user experience.
Perform research such as reviews and translate them into user flows, wireframes and mock-ups.
Ensure consistency and alignment across all digital platforms.
Conduct usability testing to identify needs and make informed design decisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design & ideate complimentary styles.
Maintain design guidelines, patterns, and standards.

**We'll need you to bring**:
A bachelor’s degree in design.
1+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms.
Proficiency in the latest design tools - Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Proven track record of designing and launching successful digital products and features.
Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to think strategically and translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
