Key Responsibilities:
Enter ELV project data, reports, and logs accurately in digital formats (Excel, ERP, or internal systems).

Maintain and organize project documentation such as:
BOQ (Bill of Quantity)

As-built drawings

Shop drawings

Material submittals

Project reports

Test reports

Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per project requirements.

Assist engineers and supervisors in preparing documentation for approvals and submissions.

Follow up with procurement or site teams for updates on materials and work status.

Ensure proper filing (digital & physical) of all project-related documents.

Coordinate with different departments to collect necessary project inputs.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times.

Skills Required:
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of ELV terminologies (preferred but not mandatory).

Basic understanding of project documentation formats.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail.

Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream - commerce/science preferred).

1-3 years of experience in data entry or backend documentation (ELV or technical field preferred).

Freshers with good typing & MS Office skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,214.10 - ₹32,010.83 per month
