Medhavi Skills University (MSU) has launched the WISE initiative to enhance employability and support job creation by equipping individuals with industry-relevant theoretical knowledge and on-the-job training. This initiative fosters collaborative efforts between MSU and various industries,

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with students, partners, and stakeholders for addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely submission of documents.
- Generating, updating, and maintaining daily admission reports and dashboards for management review.
- Assisting in managing the admission tracking system and updating records in CRM, ERP, or other platforms.
- Working with internal departments for ensuring smooth student onboarding.
- Maintaining admission records while complying with data protection and institutional norms.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- 2-3 years of experience in admission operations or related functions.
- Basic knowledge of admission workflows and higher education processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, ERPs, LMS platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional teams.
