QHT Clinic is a leading hair transplant and skincare clinic located at Banjara Hills Road Number 2, Hyderabad. We are renowned for our cutting-edge technology and exceptional patient care. We are seeking a skilled Tally Operator to manage our financial transactions and accounting operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tally Accounting**: Manage and maintain accounts using Tally ERP software, including daily entries, bookkeeping, and financial reports.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Prepare and issue invoices, manage payment receipts, and handle billing operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain records of inventory and stock, ensuring accurate data for supplies used in clinic operations.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate banking records.
- **Payroll Processing**: Assist in processing staff salaries, maintaining payroll records, and handling statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and taxes.
- **Tax Compliance**: Handle GST calculations, returns, and other statutory compliances.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other relevant financial documents.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain relationships with suppliers.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tally Operator or Accountant.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Experience in GST, TDS, and other tax-related processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the clinic’s team.
