- Manage customer interactions via WhatsApp and other chat platforms with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle the order-taking process, ensuring accuracy in recording customer requirements
- Provide timely responses and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain and update customer records and order details systematically
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service quality
