  • Complaint Handling & Service Recovery
  • Address customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery delays, or damages.
  • Provide timely solutions and follow-up until customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services.
  • Promote seasonal cakes, offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
  • Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure on-time and safe cake delivery.
  • Liaise with the design/production team to confirm customization details.
  • Maintain proper communication between departments for smooth order execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
