**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Expansion Operations Coordinator - Healthcare, to lead our efforts in promoting health, well-being, and community engagement within residential societies and corporate environments. This role involves extensive travel to various locations. Job is for 4 days a week.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Community and Corporate Engagement**:

- Assist management to finalize deal with corporates / RWA for engagements
- Establish and nurture relationships with RWAs, corporate HR teams, and key stakeholders to understand health wellness needs and objectives.
- Interact with community members, residents, and employees to gauge their preferences, event expectation
- Travel extensively to various residential societies and corporate locations with team to coordinate wellness programs, build partnerships, and ensure program success.

**Qualifications**:

- No specific qualification required
- Well versed in English / Hindi & good in conversation
- Having experience will be added advantage.
- Age No Bar

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
