**Responsibilities**:

- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Use insights from research to inform design decisions and create user personas.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and the development team.
- UI Design: Create visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that align with the brand identity and user preferences. Pay attention to detail and ensure designs are pixel-perfect.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback from users and iterate on design solutions to enhance usability and overall user experience.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to collaborate on design projects and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Interaction Design: Design and define interactive elements and micro-interactions to add delight and improve the overall user experience.
- Accessibility: Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to cater to users with disabilities and diverse needs.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of designs and user experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Interaction Design: Solid understanding of interaction design principles, motion design, and creating responsive design solutions.
- User Research: Familiarity with various user research methods and usability testing techniques.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and take feedback constructively.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and learn new technologies or tools as needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- Preferred Experience: Upto 1 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
