**Position**:Business Development Executive / Inside Sales (W-F-H / W-F-O - Thane)**

- Watch Your Health_ is a HealthTech company offering AI-driven SaaS solutions to insurance, pharma, and healthcare firms. We enable digital transformation through preventive care, engagement tools, and data-driven insights.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Generate B2B leads (Indian Market Mandatory)
- Sell SaaS products to insurance & Brokers
- Set up virtual meetings with key decision-makers
- Maintain lead data and CRM hygiene
- Earn incentives by achieving monthly meeting targets
**Who Should Apply**:
- Prior B2B lead generation/sales experience in India (mandatory)
- Excellent communication & follow-up skills
- Exposure to SaaS or digital health is a bonus
**Location**:
- Work From Home / Work From Office (Thane) - both options available
