_We are seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient, _
- **looking for Sheet metal fabrication.**_
- Key responsibilities:_
- _Manage a team of production staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance._
- _having knowledge of Laser,Rolling,Welding & bending machine_
- _OEE Report, Breakdown Record Report_
- _Preventive Maintenance Report._
- _Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand, ensuring the attainment of production goals on time, and within budget._
- _Maintaining & ensure necessary document related machineries._
- _Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality._
- _creating process flow diagram for customer wise_
- _Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a healthy work environment for all staff._
- _prepare OJT on each product wise to train the CLS._
- Qualifications:_
- _A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related field_
- _Having knowledge in fabrication, Sheetmetal oriented field._
- _Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment_
- _Strong technical abilities and knowledge of production processes, and equipment_
- _Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, and inspire teams_
- Note: looking supervisor for sheet metal oriented field._

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
