**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Support**:

- Assist in the production process of lightweight components.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and equipment as per the instructions.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform routine checks to maintain the quality of products.
- Report any defects or issues in the production process to the supervisor.
- **Maintenance Assistance**:

- Help in the routine maintenance and cleaning of production machinery.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Report any hazards or accidents immediately to the safety officer or supervisor.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum 10th Pass.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to operate and maintain simple machinery.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.
- Comfortable working in a factory environment.
- **Experience**:

- **Work Environment**:

- Willing to work in shifts if required.
- Comfortable working under supervision and in a team.
