**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:

- independently manage key deliveries/projects
- Proven track record in partnering with Technology, Legal and Compliance to implement change and drive operations agenda.
- Solid understanding of OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably to include Rates as an asset class.
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls.
- Understanding Regulatory requirements and reporting is desirable
- Develop and implement an appropriate control framework and production of MIS and Key Performance Indicators including trend analysis
- Production planning and workload balancing on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to run end-to-end UAT testing of key tech deliveries is a plus

**Required Qualification, skills and Capabilities**:

- Good time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Good relationship building skills and ability to deal with counterparts at all levels
- Strong leadership potential
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
