Hiring for Regulatory Reporting Associate

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6–8 Years

CTC: Up to ₹23 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA

Key Responsibilities:

*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all applicable instructions and regulations.

*Prepare and file reports such as TIC B, SLT, SHCA, SHLA to the Federal Reserve.

*Prepare all BE reports including BE-125, BE-185, BE-577, BE-10/11 for the Bureau of Economic Analysis.

*Prepare AIES, Economic Surveys, and other reports for the Census Bureau.

*Perform detailed analytical procedures to validate report data, identify issues, and explain key variances.

*Collaborate with business partners to collect required data and investigate reporting discrepancies.

*Maintain current knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, Statutory Accounting Principles, and GAAP standards.

*Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits.

*Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing process efficiencies and leveraging technical tools.

*Participate in cross-functional projects including GAAP readiness and industry compliance efforts.

*Regularly interact with mid-level management and other reporting teams within the Controllers and Finance & Accounting groups.

Technical Skills:

*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

*Experience with financial systems such as PeopleSoft N-Vision, SmartView, and other fintech tools

*Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma / TC Way Greenbelt) is a plus
