German Speaking Service Desk

Infotel India is excited to announce an opportunity for a German-speaking Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated support team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to our German-speaking clients. Your ability to communicate effectively in both German and English will be key to resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain service continuity.
- Document and track issues using our IT Service Management tool, ensuring all client interactions are logged accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive client relationship throughout the support process.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Stay up to date with IT products, services, and best practices to effectively assist clients.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Flexible to work varied shifts as needed.
