**Role**:

- Conduct Evacuation Drill with coordination with Police as well as nearest local Fire Department team or in presence of both the authorities
- To co-ordinate with local Fire Department to inspect and indicate the mandatory requirements of the Fire Department
- Ensure conducting of Fire Safety Training is imparted to Emergency Response team quarterly and Evacuation drill conducted twice a year to entire Teaching Non-Teaching staff, Security Personals and House Keepings periodically
- Always ensure that all firefighting, fire detection system, first aid fire extinguishers equipment and appliances at locations are accessible 24x7
- Assists in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenance programs.
- Make sure Fire Alarm Public Address Firefighting systems are under AMC with qualified license holder vendor
- Make sure Institution is issued with Fire NOC, if not then it is brought into notice of Senior Management
- Initiate checking of the entire Firefighting equipment are in good working condition E.g. Fire Alarm / Public Address systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Pumps, Sprinkler System, Fire Extinguishers, fire tanks always full, Emergency lights, Signage, etc.
- Accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
- Attending any Fire incident at sites. Liaise with Local Fire authorities for emergency handling
- Ensure Fire related NOCs/ Licenses are taken in time
- Carry out inspections on Fire Extinguishers refilling and new requirements
- Ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are made available at all locations and also to instruct floor laboratory HOD to ensure personnel are making use of PPE’s to avoid any casualties
- Plan periodic visit for fire training and systems inspection at the campus. Submit weekly / monthly reports to your HOD

Location: Mumbai - Kurla (Off BKC).

We work from **Monday to Saturday full days starting 9:30am in the morning**. This is a complete Work From Campus role (We do not have a work from home policy).

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
