**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Accounting & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and report variances to management.
- Support departments in understanding and managing their budgets.

**Tax & Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (corporate tax, VAT, etc.).
- Keep updated on changes in tax laws and implement appropriate procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, and aging reports.
- Process vendor bills, schedule payments, and maintain supplier relations.
- Monitor credit limits and resolve billing disputes.

**Payroll & Employee Reimbursements**
- Process payroll in coordination with HR and ensure statutory compliance.
- Verify and post employee expense claims and reimbursements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a commercial or corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
