**Important work Responsibilities as an Admin / Accounts Executive**:
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Review and file payroll documents
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Invoice processing and filing.
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
Manage all Accounting transactions.
Prepare employees monthly pay and reports.
Publish financial statements in time.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Mail Replies, Prepare Quotations, and Prepare Tenders Documents.
Tele Calling.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Support our tax professionals in preparing quarterly estimates and annual returns.
Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances.
Help establish company best practices related to accounting.
Requirements and skills:
Excellent communication Skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
