**Responsibilities**:

- **Create Engaging Reels**: Develop creative and compelling reels for our Instagram account, showcasing our office environment, culture, and daily activities.
- **Self-Performance**: Be comfortable performing and acting in front of the camera for content creation purposes.
- **Video Editing**: Edit reels and videos using various video editing software to produce high-quality content.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage our Instagram page, including posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and features to incorporate into our content strategy.
- **Content Planning**: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with our brand’s goals.
- **Audience Engagement**: Engage with our online community to build a strong, interactive presence and foster brand loyalty.
- **Analytics**: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager, preferably with a focus on Instagram reels.
- **On-Camera Presence**: Comfortable and confident appearing in videos and acting in front of the camera.
- **Editing Skills**: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- **Creative Mindset**: Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, and the ability to stay current with platform updates and trends.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
