**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team for strategy development.
- **Post-Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or related fields (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Familiarity with IT products/services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and software solutions.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other**: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
