**Job Summary**:
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing customers in their assigned territory. They will play a key role in promoting Broons Tea products and increasing brand awareness, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to gather information about customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
- Promote Broons Tea products and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Build and manage a sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
