Titan World is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates at our Elpro City Square location. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine interest in the world of watches and accessories, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches and accessories, providing product knowledge and guidance.
- Create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Stay updated on product trends, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn about watches and accessories.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
